B&A Property Maintenance is looking for an experienced Senior Landscaper with proven knowledge of landscaping and irrigation and a team mentality to keep projects running smoothly and deliver high-quality outdoor spaces our clients love. Capable of leading teams of five or more people.
Ability to train and develop the team.
Passionate about the green industry and performing hands-on outdoor maintenance tasks, including mowing, trimming, and plantings.

Operate and ensure the safe use of assets, equipment and tools.
Communicate upstream and downstream effectively.
Accurately complete and submit timesheets, plus submit receipts to office for purchases.
Ability to navigate email and software for various job and fleet tracking purposes.

Job Type: Full-time

Requirements:
Previous industry experience in landscape and irrigation maintenance (minimum 3 years required)
Valid driver’s license with clean driving record
Prior leadership or minimum foreman experience
Strong time management and problem-solving skills
Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions
Ability to navigate email and job tracking software
Ability to both Lead and Follow with humility and ambition.
