Senior Lead Dental Assistant

Our active Pediatric Dental Practice is looking for a senior dental lead assistant to join our 3 location team in Whatcom county. We are looking to hire the right experienced candidate with a positive, energetic attitude, who is eager to work with children, enjoys coaching and encouraging junior assistants and has an organized and proactive personality. Team focus mentality is a must.

Previous dental office experience required.

Duties:

• Assist Dentist with advanced procedures
• Anticipate provider needs and manage flow efficiently
• Take digital radiographs
• Ensure strict compliance with OSHA, CDC & infection control standards
• Documenting dental care services
• Oversee proper sterilization & documentation
• Manage clinical staff and supply readiness
• Team supervision and training
• Oversee daily flow
• Support HIPAA compliance & maintain required certificatons

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $25.00 - $29.00 per hour
