Senior Lead Engineer

This role involves advanced technical support and system-level responsibilities. Handling installations, configurations, maintenance, security, and support of Physical, Virtual and Cloud-based Servers & Applications. Also mentoring and training team members on Azure.

• Advanced experience and detailed knowledge of multiple Cloud infrastructures - AWS, Avaya, Azure, Genesys, NiCE, Google Cloud etc.
• Provide advanced technical support for hardware, software, and cloud-based systems. Solid understanding of Cloud related business operations and industry
• Troubleshoot and resolve complex IT infrastructure and application issues in a timely manner.
• Install, configure, maintain, and secure physical, virtual, and cloud servers & applications.
• Manage Contact Center applications, ensuring uptime, availability, and optimal performance.
• Monitor system performance, network health, and proactively identify issues to prevent downtime.
• Implement and maintain IT policies, standards, and security best practices.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support deployments, upgrades, and migrations.
• Document technical processes, solutions, and configurations for knowledge sharing.
• Provide guidance, mentoring, and training to junior engineers and team members.
• Participate in audits, compliance checks, and reporting as required.
