What awaits you in this role?
We are looking for a passionate Senior Lead - HR Process Development & Digitalization to join our team at Information Technologies Directorate
- Take an active role in department projects by owning our HR oriented processes and managing their requirements acting as the HR process analyst & owner.
- Understand and articulate process and business needs, build to-be process designs utilising new technologies of workflow, RPA, chatbot, OCR etc.
- Design and re-structure of complex cross-functional end-to-end business processes (i.e. Hire to Retire, Talent Management etc.)
- Coordinate with internal / external developers, overseeing the development-test-deploy cycle with technical teams
- Manage the business & IT backlog and developing the product roadmap & plans, business cases
- Provide project management, progress tracking and organisational support as well acting as the squad lead of assinged teams
- Oversee the delivery cycle of integrated SAP Successfactors / HCM or non-SAP tool implementation projects, participate in QA activities of developer team's work or others (developer/vendor) based on SDLC procedures.
- Audit demos at the end of each sprint, creates and maintains project documentation; timelines, resource plans, meeting notes, roadblocks and solutions
- Identifying new features to improve products and inform related parties
- Organizing and leading problem-solving sessions on themes of certain projects that require direct relationship with Arçelik senior executives and management
- Carrying out complex analytical works that require initiative, quality and speed
- Coordinating or conducting desk/primary research on themes of certain projects, trends in digitalisation, process automation and user experience
- Developing or co-developing business cases/business models
The position is located in Sütlüce, İstanbul.
How do we describe the perfect match?
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Economics, or Engineering (Electric-Electronic, Computer, Industrial preferred), Master's Degree or MBA preferred - having worked in Management or IT consultancy is a plus,
- Minimum 7-8+ years of experience in one of the following fields: management consultancy (preferred), business project management or internal consulting in top-tier companies,
- Good expertise in digital transformation, digital product management, system development or other highly relevant expertise in HR IT systems & processes,
- Well aware of end-to-end process analysis and to-be process design on a business domain, process automation technologies,
- Understanding and having worked with Agile Project Management concepts (scrums, sprint planning and execution, backlog management),
- Knowledge of excellent verbal and written communication skills in English, second foreign language preferred,
- Knowledge of analytical thinking and structured thinking,
- Knowledge of data-driven focus and strong problem-solving skills,
- Clear in communicating thoughts and ideas; experience in preparing and delivering D-level and C-level presentations preferred.

- Having desire and ability to deliver outstanding outcomes,
- Demonstrating active participation in internal and D&C-level meetings,
- Ability and eagerness to learn new concepts and skills quickly,
- Thinking broadly about business and understanding market & customer needs, HR & employee experience concepts (onboarding, data analytics etc.),
- Flexible and open to new perspectives and diversity,
- A great team player with a self-initiative mindset,
