What You'll Do

• Consult professionals and business owners on their learning and career goals.
• Recommend the most suitable Digital Marketing and AI certification programs.
• Handle qualified enquiries generated through digital marketing campaigns.
• Conduct professional consultations via phone, WhatsApp, Zoom, and face-to-face meetings.
• Build trust through consultative selling rather than aggressive sales techniques.
• Follow up with prospective learners and guide them through the enrollment journey.
• Achieve monthly enrollment and revenue targets.
• Maintain accurate CRM records and learner interactions.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to improve lead quality and conversion rates.
• Deliver an outstanding learner experience from first enquiry to successful enrollment.

Mandatory Requirements

To be considered, you must have:

• Minimum 2 years' experience selling Digital Marketing and/or AI certification programs.
• Proven track record of consistently achieving or exceeding monthly sales targets.
• Experience selling executive or professional certification programs.
• Strong objection-handling and consultative selling skills.
• Excellent spoken and written English.
• Experience working with CRM systems.
• A positive attitude, professionalism, and a passion for helping people grow.
