Job Summary:


The Senior Leasing Specialist plays a key front-line role in driving leasing performance across the assigned project by executing leasing activities, engaging prospective tenants, and supporting occupancy targets in coordination with the Project Sales Manager and the wider team. The role is responsible for implementing on-ground leasing and promotional activities, maintaining strong client interactions, and contributing to the commercial success of the project.


Responsibilities are not limited to:


  • Managing all aspects of marketing and selling commercial properties, residential properties and off-plan sales in the field.
  • Constantly reviewing any updates in the field of real estate marketing and best practices and working to apply them.
  • Commitment to the annual sales plan by ensuring the correctness of implementation and achieving sales targets and submitting a periodic report on sales performance.
  • Carrying out practical promotion, deployment and marketing of vacant residential and commercial units to attract customers and achieve sales goals and the highest percentage of rent and operation.
  • Collect information from competitors regarding prices, payment methods, real estate market growth, and conduct and improve sales analysis
  • Build relationships with potential customers to expand leasing opportunities and maintain a good relationship with key and target customers.
  • Search for new rental strategies and methods to increase sales, occupancy, residential and commercial units and villas.
  • Follow-up and confirmation of payment operations at the scheduled times and specified according to the approved contracts, and notify the management in the event of any delay in payment and adherence to the credit policy approved by the company.
  • Understanding the budgets, including expenditures, research and development appropriations, return-on- investment and profit-loss projections.
  • Submit daily, monthly and annual leasing reports that reflect its performance and overall workflow.
  • Maintaining the volume of sales (leasing) by understanding all the details of the project and the preferential features and the possibility of explaining them to customers.
  • Coordinating and working with the customer experience and marketing departments to follow up on customer requirements.
  • Forged strong connections with real estate agents and brokers.
  • Perform any other tasks assigned to him by the line manager within the scope of work.


Qualifications:


  • Bachelor of Science in BA
  • 3-5 years of relevant experience in real estate development, facilities management, real estate leasing companies and sales in general Development Company & Facilities department
  • Be competent in the use of Microsoft Office.
  • Experience in dealing with contractors
  • Have an excellent ability to read, analyze
  • Communicate effectively, both verbally and in writing in Arabic & English Language.
