  • Support the Head of Legal by monitoring legislative and regulatory developments and conducting in‑depth legal research.
  • Maintain and enhance standard templates, legal processes, and governance frameworks.
  • Promote and support strong corporate governance practices across the organisation.
  • Oversee legal databases, document management, and the integrity of legal records.
  • Represent the legal function in internal meetings, committees, and cross‑functional initiatives.
  • Provide guidance and mentorship to junior team members where required.
  • Perform additional tasks and strategic projects as needed to support the wider business.

What You’ll Need to Succeed

  • A minimum of 6 years’ legal experience, ideally gained within a reputable international law firm and/or multinational in‑house environment.
  • Qualified in a common law jurisdiction (UK, US, Ireland, Australia, NZ, South Africa).
  • Strong background in corporate and commercial law, with exposure to real estate, employment, and companies law considered advantageous.
  • Bachelor’s and Master’s degree in Law from a recognised university.
  • Active membership with a recognised legal association or regulatory body within a common law jurisdiction.
  • Solid experience working in the Middle East, with strong knowledge of UAE and KSA laws and regulations.
  • Demonstrated ability to partner with senior leadership, influence decision‑making, and manage complex legal matters independently.
  • Organized, motivated, committed, able to work well under stress, and willing to travel as needed

What You’ll Get in Return

  • The opportunity to join a leading multinational organisation.
  • A competitive tax‑free salary, performance incentives, and comprehensive benefits.
  • A hybrid working model and a supportive, international working environment.
