  • Lead drafting, reviewing, and negotiating complex commercial agreements, including non-standard contracts and strategic partnerships.
  • Drive contract standardization, scalability, and playbook implementation across relevant UAE businesses.
  • Serve as the escalation point of contact for Business-level POCs on complex or high-risk matters.
  • Escalate material risks, deviations, and emerging themes to the Deputy General Counsel and support incident management and legal remediation.
  • Maintain strong, trusted relationships with business leaders and proactively manage overall stakeholder trust and satisfaction.
  • Provide practical, commercially sound legal advice to finance and operational teams to enable business growth.
  • Work closely with the Deputy General Counsel on regulator engagements, policy interpretation, and translating regulatory requirements into clear operational guidance.
  • Support dispute management, enforcement actions, and pre-litigation settlements for relevant businesses.
  • Ensure implementation and enforcement of finalized TATs, prioritization frameworks, playbooks, and decision-making structures.
What you'll need:
  • 6-10 years PQE with strong experience in corporate, commercial, IP, and contract law.
  • Significant experience handling MSAs, supply agreements, partnership contracts, leases, influencer engagements, and complex commercial negotiations.
  • Proven experience working with contract lifecycle management systems (CLMs), playbooks, and structured governance frameworks.
  • Strong background in e-commerce, retail, fintech, or high-growth digital businesses.
  • Experience at a top-tier law firm and/or within a fast-paced in-house environment (experience in both is strongly preferred).
  • Regional exposure to UAE regulations and regulatory authorities is essential; exposure to KSA and Egypt is an added advantage.
Who will excel?
  • A decisive legal leader who combines technical strength with commercial instinct.
  • Someone who thrives in high-ownership, high-visibility environments.
  • A strategic thinker who balances risk mitigation with business enablement.
  • A professional who drives standardization, process excellence, and scalability.
  • Relentlessly resourceful with a strong bias for action.
  • Comfortable operating in ambiguity and building structure where needed.

noon is not for everyone. Readiness to adapt, pivot, and continuously raise the bar is essential.
