Job Summary
The Legal & Governance Manager is responsible for overseeing the company’s legal affairs, corporate governance, and contractual framework across multiple jurisdictions. The role ensures legal compliance, protects the company’s commercial interests, and supports leadership with practical, business-focused legal advice
This position plays a key role in strengthening governance standards, managing legal risk, and supporting the company’s international growth, while coordinating with external legal advisors where required
