Bright Solution is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Full-Stack Developer to join our innovative team. In this role, you will be instrumental in designing, developing, and implementing cutting-edge software solutions that push the boundaries of modern web technology. Key Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and maintain robust, scalable, and high-performance full-stack web applications from concept to deployment.
• Architect and implement sleek, responsive, and intuitive user interfaces using Next.js, React, and modern CSS frameworks.
• Develop and integrate complex server-side logic, APIs, and services using Ruby (and/or other modern backend languages like Python/Node.js).
• Collaborate closely with UX/UI designers, product managers, and other developers to translate business requirements into technical specifications.
• Lead code reviews, mentor junior developers, and advocate for best practices in software development, testing, and security.
• Optimize applications for maximum speed, scalability, and search engine visibility.
• Stay ahead of the curve by researching and implementing new technologies and frameworks to continuously improve our tech stack.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• 2+ years of professional experience in full-stack web development.
• Expert-level proficiency in Next.js and React.js, with a deep understanding of their ecosystems (SSR, SSG, API routes, hooks, state management).
• Expert-level proficiency in Ruby on Rails or a similar modern backend framework (e.g., Django, Express.js, Spring Boot).
• Strong experience with relational (e.g., PostgreSQL, MySQL) and/or non-relational databases (e.g., MongoDB).
• Proven ability to design and consume RESTful and GraphQL APIs.
• Solid understanding of front-end technologies including HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript (ES6+), and TypeScript.
• Experience with version control systems, preferably Git.
• A strong portfolio or examples of previous high-fidelity, high-performance web applications you have built.

Pay: 45,000 - $60,000

Schedule:

• Monday to Saturday

Supplemental pay types:

• Bonus opportunities

Working hrs 2pm afternoon to 10pm evening
