Key Responsibilities:

Lead and oversee fault diagnosis, maintenance activities, and modifications to ensure optimal machine performance.

Review and analyze daily fault reports submitted by electrical maintenance engineers/supervisors, and report findings to the head of the electrical maintenance department.

Manage the procurement process for spare parts, including editing purchase orders and inspecting supplied parts from both local and international sources.

Develop and implement installation plans for new machinery, ensuring seamless integration into existing systems.

Monitor and maintain inventory of stored spare parts to ensure availability and minimize downtime.

Prepare and present daily maintenance reports for approval by the maintenance manager.
-
Diagnosed and troubleshooted machine breakdowns, providing effective preventive maintenance services.

Optimize overall maintenance costs and improve Overall Equipment Effectiveness (OEE).

Install new electrical components and fittings, ensuring compliance with safety and operational standards.

Drive continuous improvement initiatives for maintenance resources, including manpower, machinery, and materials.

Recommend replacements for outdated or faulty electrical components and fittings to management.
Qualifications & Education:
-
Bachelor's degree in Electrical Power Engineering.

4-7 years of relevant experience in maintenance and automation.
-
Proficiency in English.

Extensive experience with Siemens PLCs (S7 and TIA Portal), HMIs (Profibus).

Expertise in configuring Profibus communications with various drives (Siemens Master drives, Sinamics, ABB drives, Parker drives, Control technique drives).

Strong troubleshooting skills for all the mentioned systems and electrical controls.
