About the Role:

Golootlo is seeking a highly dynamic and results-driven Senior Manager – Business Development with a strong professional network across Banking, Financial Services, and Telecommunication institutions. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of driving revenue growth, building strategic partnerships, and identifying new business opportunities. This role requires a high-energy leader with deep industry connections, excellent negotiation skills, and the ability to build and sustain long-term business relationships.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute innovative business development strategies to achieve revenue targets.
  • Identify and capitalize on new business opportunities, strategic partnerships, and emerging market trends.
  • Lead, mentor, and inspire a high-performing business development team.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, clients, and industry partners.
  • Conduct market research and competitive analysis to support data-driven decision-making.
  • Collaborate closely with marketing, sales, and product teams to optimize growth initiatives.
  • Negotiate and close high-value deals, ensuring long-term commercial success.
  • Represent Golootlo at industry events, banking forums, and financial conferences to enhance brand presence.
  • Monitor business performance metrics and continuously refine strategies to meet growth objectives.

Requirements

  • Minimum 7 years of experience in business development, sales, or strategic growth roles.
  • A dynamic, energetic personality with strong leadership and people management skills.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building abilities.
  • Demonstrated success in driving revenue growth and achieving aggressive targets.
  • Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to work independently and think strategically.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
  • Bachelor’s or Master's degree in Business or a related field.
  • Proficiency in CRM tools and sales analytics platforms.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From Rs1.00 per month
