Role & responsibilities

Source and evaluate real estate deals through IPCs, brokers, financial institutions, promoters, and market intelligence; conduct site visits and feasibility assessments.

Prepare financial models and investment business cases including IRR, profitability, pricing, and cost assumptions, in coordination with internal teams.

Lead deal structuring, negotiations, due diligence, and closure in coordination with legal teams; drive internal approvals and agreement execution.

Ensure compliance with regulatory, zoning, and legal requirements during land acquisition and development.

Manage relationships with JV partners, brokers, and key stakeholders, acting as the primary point of contact throughout the project lifecycle.

Who are we looking for?
Qualification & Experience: MBA from a top-tier B-school with 5 to 9 years of experience in real estate
business development, private equity, or investment focused roles with a strong emphasis on deal origination and closure
