Senior Manager Business Development

Role & responsibilities

  • Source and evaluate real estate deals through IPCs, brokers, financial institutions, promoters, and market intelligence; conduct site visits and feasibility assessments.
  • Prepare financial models and investment business cases including IRR, profitability, pricing, and cost assumptions, in coordination with internal teams.
  • Lead deal structuring, negotiations, due diligence, and closure in coordination with legal teams; drive internal approvals and agreement execution.
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory, zoning, and legal requirements during land acquisition and development.
  • Manage relationships with JV partners, brokers, and key stakeholders, acting as the primary point of contact throughout the project lifecycle.


Preferred candidate profile:

Functional/Technical:

  • Expertise in real estate deal structuring and investment evaluation
  • Strong financial modeling and business case preparation skills
  • Deep understanding of real estate markets, land acquisition processes, and regulatory frameworks

Behavioral:

  • Strategic thinker with a strong business acumen
  • Proven negotiation and influencing skills
  • High ownership mindset with the ability to manage end-to-end responsibilities
  • Excellent interpersonal and stakeholder management abilities


Who are we looking for?

Qualification & Experience: MBA from a top-tier B-school with 5 to 9 years of experience in real estate business development, private equity, or investment focused roles with a strong emphasis on deal origination and closure
