Senior Manager - Compliance Tool Management

JOB PROFILE: SENIOR MANAGER – COMPLIANCE TOOL IMPLEMENTATION & ADMINISTRATION


Location: Initially ASMC Office Ghatkopar; subsequently (after 2–3 months) Navi Mumbai – Turbhe

Reporting to: General Counsel & Chief Compliance Officer


About the team and role:

API Holdings Limited is seeking a dedicated professional to lead the end-to-end implementation, administration, and ongoing management of a compliance management tool. This role will be responsible for coordinating with the vendor, internal stakeholders, and functional teams to ensure the system is successfully deployed and effectively used to monitor compliance tasks, regulatory filings, approvals, and internal deadlines in a timely manner.


Key responsibilities:

1. Tool Implementation and Rollout

 Serve as the primary point of contact for the third-party compliance tool vendor.

 Lead and coordinate all implementation activities including requirement gathering, configuration, testing, migration, and user acceptance.

 Work with cross-functional teams to map compliance processes and workflows into the tool.

 Ensure project timelines, milestones, and deliverables are met.


2. System Administration and Maintenance

 Act as the internal system administrator for the compliance tool.

 Manage user access, roles, permissions, change of user and compliances, and periodic audits.

 Ensure data integrity, timely upload of compliance tasks, and system updates.

 Troubleshoot system issues and coordinate with vendor support for resolution.


3. Compliance Monitoring and Tracking

 Track all compliance requirements (regulatory, statutory, internal) through the tool

and ensure timely reminders and escalations.

 Generate dashboards, exception reports, and compliance status updates for

management and Board-level reporting.

 Monitor adherence to compliance calendars and workflows established in the

system.


4. Training and Support

 Conduct training sessions for internal users and ensure smooth adoption across

the organization.

 Prepare user manuals, SOPs, and quick-reference guides.

 Provide ongoing functional support to users across business units.


5. Continuous Improvement

 Identify areas for enhancement of tool features, workflows, and reporting.

 Work with the vendor to implement upgrades, automate tasks, and improve system efficiency.

 Ensure alignment of system functionalities with evolving regulatory requirements.


Desired Candidate Profile:


 LLB (mandatory).

 6–10 years of experience in compliance, governance, or audit functions, with

hands-on experience in digitization, automation, and implementation of compliance

management systems. Strong understanding of regulatory compliance frameworks.
