Senior Manager Contract

Penspen is urgently looking to hire for Senior Contract Manager for one of our Offshore PMC projects in Abu Dhabi.

Qualification Required

• The candidates should have Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Mandatory).

Responsibilities

• Responsible for managing the full contract lifecycle for offshore oil and gas projects, including tendering, contract formation, administration, change management, claims, and close‑out.
• oversees the full lifecycle of FEED/EPC contracts, ensuring commercial, contractual, and compliance excellence across large‑scale offshore projects
• Ensures that all contractual and commercial aspects of the project are executed in compliance with company policies, legal requirements, and project objectives.
• Acts as the focal point between project management, procurement, legal, and contractors to safeguard the company’s commercial interests
• expertise in contract strategy, negotiation, risk management, claims, and stakeholder engagement, particularly for complex offshore engineering, procurement, construction, and installation (EPCI) scopes
• Manage the full contract lifecycle from award to close‑out
• Lead high‑value negotiations with contractors, subcontractors, and vendors.
• Oversee subcontracting strategy, tendering, evaluation, and award

Experience Required

• Minimum 20+ years in oil & gas, with extensive experience in offshore project exposure.
• Strong negotiation, analytical, and problem‑solving skills
• Experience with mega‑projects (> USD 1 billion) is require
• Preferred experience from PMC/EPC Mechanical Construction Background.
• Previous ADNOC Offshore Experience is advantage.
