Inviting applications for the role of Senior Manager, Demand Forecasting
In this role, you will lead enterprise-level demand forecasting and planning across regions, driving strategic initiatives, digital transformation, and influencing key business decisions. This role ensures forecasting excellence and enables long-term supply chain resilience.
Responsibilities
Define and execute organizational demand forecasting strategy.
Own forecast accuracy, governance, and maturity roadmap.
Drive digital transformation through AI/ML forecasting, automation, and big-dataintegration.
Represent demand planning in global S&OP cycles and executive forums.
Collaborate with leadership for long-term demand outlook and strategic planning.
Lead cross-functional planning teams across multiple geographies.
Build organizational forecasting capability through training and best practices.
Manage large-scale forecasting projects and system implementations.
Minimum Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or equivalent discipline.
Expertise in forecasting systems and advanced statistical modeling.
Strong in predictive analytics, scenario planning, and big-datatechniques.
Proficiency in visualization tools (Power BI, Tableau).
Deep understanding of end-to-end supply chain processes
Preferred Qualifications/ Skills
MBA or professional certifications (APICS, IBF, SCM) preferred.
Strategic thinker with strong business acumen.
Proven ability to lead and influence large, diverse teams.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
Decisive, collaborative, and results-oriented.
