Senior Manager / Deputy General Manager – HR, Admin & I.R.

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly experienced and dynamic professional to join our team as Senior Manager / Deputy General Manager – HR, Admin & I.R. The ideal candidate will be responsible for leading the Human Resources, Administration, and Industrial Relations functions across our manufacturing plant and corporate office.

This is a senior leadership role requiring strong expertise in HR strategy, people management, and labour law compliance, with a proven ability to foster a productive and compliant workplace culture.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the full spectrum of HR functions including talent acquisition, performance management, compensation, and employee engagement.
  • Manage Industrial Relations, ensuring compliance with labour laws and maintaining harmonious relationships with employees and labour unions.
  • Lead administrative operations and ensure the smooth functioning of the plant and office facilities.
  • Drive organizational development initiatives and HR policy implementation.
  • Advise senior management on HR strategy, workforce planning, and employee retention.
  • Ensure compliance with all statutory and legal HR requirements.
  • Oversee employee welfare, health insurance, and benefits administration.

Qualifications:

  • Education: Master’s Degree in Human Resource Management (HRM). LLB qualification will be a strong advantage.
  • Experience: 12–15 years of progressive HR and IR experience in a reputable manufacturing or industrial organisation, with at least 5 years in a senior managerial role.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • In-depth knowledge of HR practices, labour laws, and industrial relations.
  • Proven leadership and decision-making capabilities.
  • Age: 35 – 55 years

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs280,000.00 - Rs330,000.00 per month
