Senior Manager - Human Capital Business Partner
We are seeking a strategic and business-focused
Senior Manager - Human Capital Business Partner
to lead the Human Capital Business Partnering function across e7 Group. This role serves as a trusted advisor to executive leadership, driving workforce transformation, organizational effectiveness, talent strategies, and people initiatives that support business growth and performance.
Key Responsibilities

Lead and develop the Human Capital Business Partner function, ensuring consistent service delivery and governance across the Group.

Partner with business leaders to translate Human Capital strategy into actionable workforce and organizational plans.

Act as a strategic advisor to C-level executives on workforce planning, organizational effectiveness, talent, and culture initiatives.

Lead annual manpower planning, workforce budgeting, and organizational design initiatives to support business objectives.

Drive talent management, succession planning, leadership development, and performance governance across business units.

Partner with leaders to strengthen employee engagement, culture, and change management initiatives.

Oversee complex employee relations matters while ensuring compliance with UAE Labour Law and internal policies.

Lead Emiratization initiatives, workforce localization efforts, and development pathways for UAE Nationals.

Monitor workforce productivity, organizational effectiveness, and people-related risks through data-driven insights and analytics.
Requirements

Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Organizational Psychology, or a related field.

Master’s Degree in Human Resources, MBA, or equivalent is preferred.

Professional certification such as CIPD, SHRM-SCP, SPHR, or equivalent is highly desirable.

Minimum 15 years of progressive Human Capital experience, including significant exposure to strategic HR leadership.

At least 7 years of experience in Human Capital Business Partnering supporting senior executives and business leaders.

Minimum 5 years of experience leading HR teams within complex, diversified, or multi-entity organizations.

Strong expertise in workforce planning, organizational design, talent management, employee relations, performance management, and HR governance.

In-depth knowledge of UAE Labour Law and people-related compliance requirements.

Excellent stakeholder management, executive communication, influencing, and leadership capabilities.

Proven ability to align people strategies with business objectives and drive organizational transformation.
