Senior Manager - HR Operations & Admin

The jobholder will oversee all HR operational and administrative functions, ensuring compliance, efficiency, and a seamless employee experience. The role manages the entire employee lifecycle, performance management, engagement, compliance, and policy governance to support organizational goals.


HR Operations & Administration

  • Manage day-to-day HR operations, including onboarding, transfers, promotions, and exits.
  • Oversee payroll, benefits, attendance, and HR data management.
  • Maintain accurate employee records and ensure confidentiality.
  • Partner with Administration and IT for office operations and resource planning.
  • Drive process improvements and maintain up-to-date SOPs aligned with quality standards.

Employee Relations & Performance Management

  • Lead onboarding and offboarding processes to ensure smooth employee transitions.
  • Manage performance management systems, ensuring timely reviews and goal alignment.
  • Advise managers on employee relations and handle sensitive matters discreetly.
  • Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies in all employee matters.

Governance, Reporting & Compliance

  • Ensure HR policies comply with legal and organizational standards.
  • Generate and analyze HR metrics to support strategic decisions.
  • Manage HR audits, data integrity, and risk assessments.
  • Partner with leadership to implement HR strategies aligned with business needs.

Organizational Development & Leadership

  • Recommend improvements in organizational design and staffing efficiency.
  • Enhance HR processes through automation and technology.
  • Administer compensation, benefits, and engagement programs.
  • Represent HR in cross-functional initiatives and lead continuous improvement efforts.


Qualifications & Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or related field (Master’s preferred).
  • Minimum 10 years of HR experience, with strong exposure to operations and administration.
  • In-depth knowledge of labor laws, HR systems, and modern HR practices.
  • Proven leadership, interpersonal, and analytical skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities with professionalism and discretion.
