Role Overview:
The Senior Manager, HR Operations & HRIS, is responsible for overseeing the delivery of innovative, customer-centric, consistent, and compliant HR Solutions. This role ensures seamless and efficient HR processes across the employee lifecycle by collaborating with the HR team and payroll. It focuses on problem-solving, driving data and process-oriented projects, and enhancing the overall employee experience through continuous improvement in HR operations and HRIS
Duties & Responsibilities:
HR Operations & HRIS Leadership

Oversee and optimize HR operations and HRIS by managing and documenting global processes, communications, policies, and procedures, ensuring alignment with company guidelines and HR strategies

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business needs, communicate HRIS system capabilities and limitations, and propose innovative solutions to improve operations

Lead initiatives to automate processes, reduce cycle times, address employee pain points, and drive measurable improvements in employee satisfaction

Provide recommendations on policies and core business processes to mitigate legal risk and ensure regulatory compliance

Partner with the HR team to support key functions such as onboarding, career development, performance management, promotions, and terminations

Ensure timely completion of required state and federal reporting

Partner with the HRIS Product Owner to test and analyze system configuration and ensure alignment with business requirements during projects, programs and release updates

Lead a team in delivering and executing HR operations and HRIS
Collaboration, Communication, and Compliance

Develop and review internal communications related to HR, working closely with Corporate Communications, Total Rewards, Legal, and other strategic stakeholders

Ensure strict compliance and control across all HR policies, programs, procedures, and transactions in alignment with government regulations, with a particular focus on payroll requirements

Advocate for scalable solutions that can be implemented across the Americas where applicable

Oversee HR shared services functions and maintain accurate documentation

Collaborate with the regulatory affairs team to monitor regulatory changes and prepare the organization for timely compliance with government reporting requirements
Experience & Qualifications:
Education
-
Bachelor's Degree (or equivalent experience) in Human Resources, Management, Business or related field
Experience
-
10+ years of experience managing the functions of HR Operations, HRIS, and/or HR Shared Services

3+ years of experience managing people and/or teams
Languages
Software/Technical Skills

Intermediate HRIS – Dayforce (Ceridian)

Intermediate Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Power Point)

Effective communication skills and ability to work at all levels of the organization

Ability to grow and deliver new HR processes where needed including but not limited to onboarding, movement, off-boarding, and other various milestones in the employee lifecycle

Additional Details for This Role:
This role will be a hybrid role. Subject to business needs, employees may work remotely up to two days per week. Assigned office days will be determined by your manager. #LI-Hybrid
Base Salary
-
The targeted base salary range for this position is $155,000 - $170,000 per year.

Base salary is determined by the education, experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities of the successful candidate, as well as factors such as internal equity, cost of labor in the hiring location, and alignment with market data.
Additional Compensation
-
This position is eligible for a 20 % bonus at 100% of target, with the opportunity to achieve above 100% dependent on company performance and in alignment with company bonus plans.

Bonus awards are discretionary and contingent upon individual performance as well as Brother achieving its corporate objectives, in accordance with the applicable bonus plan in effect.
