Role Summary
The Manager / Senior Manager – Human Resources will lead end-to-end HR operations across the University, driving talent acquisition, employee engagement, performance management, compliance, and strategic HR initiatives aligned with institutional goals.
KRA: Tasks / Activities
- End-to-end responsibility for talent hiring, onboarding, and talent management across the University
- Coordinate with Registrar and COO–HR on HR operations and strategic initiatives
- Drive employee engagement, performance monitoring, and support PIP implementation
- Manage employee relations including grievances, disciplinary actions, ICC matters, and performance issues
- Support recruitment and team building to ensure role readiness and workforce planning
- Implement and communicate HR policies, strategies, and initiatives across stakeholders
- Oversee complete employee lifecycle including exits, exit interviews, and full & final settlements
- Maintain HR records and reporting
- Manage and mentor junior HR team members
- Support the Chancellor’s Office on HR-related matters
KPI: Performance Metrics
- Timely and quality closure of hiring requirements
- Employee engagement and retention metrics
- Effective resolution of employee relations and compliance matters
- Accuracy and timeliness of HR documentation and reporting
- Successful execution of HR policies and strategic initiatives
Skills & Attitude:
Required Skills:
- Strong exposure as an HR Generalist
- End-to-end recruitment experience
- Expertise in compensation, payroll, rewards, and performance management
- Knowledge of talent management, training & development, and compliance
- Ability to provide strategic people and talent solutions to the business
Preferred Skills:
- Experience in a well-established organization or academic institution
- Team management and stakeholder coordination experience
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹83,000.00 - ₹90,000.00 per month
