Senior Manager-Land
Responsibilities
Graduate
- Develop and implement strategic plans for land acquisition in alignment with project timelines and objectives
- Identify potential land parcels suitable for thermal projects through research and collaboration with relevant stakeholders
- Negotiate with landowners, government authorities, and other entities to secure land at competitive prices
- Ensure compliance with all legal and regulatory requirements throughout the land acquisition process
- Conduct thorough due diligence on land titles, ownership, and any potential restrictions
- Manage relationships with external agencies, consultants, and legal teams involved in the land acquisition process
- Provide regular updates to project teams regarding land acquisition progress and potential challenges
- Contribute to the development of risk mitigation strategies related to land acquisition
- Participate in community engagement initiatives to foster positive relationships and address concerns related to land acquisition
