Role Summary

We are seeking a highly experienced and client-centric Senior Manager to lead the development of a unique Lifestyle Engagement & Partnership Ecosystem tailored for our Ultra High Net Worth (UHNW) and affluent banking clients . This role is pivotal in enhancing customer retention and loyalty through curated lifestyle offerings, strategic partnerships, and premium experiences.

As part of the bank’s broader UHNW value proposition, you will define and oversee an ecosystem of luxury partnerships that differentiate our brand in the private banking space, while managing a small team focused on both engagement and acquisition.


Key Responsibilities

1. Lifestyle Strategy & Client Retention

  • Design and implement an exclusive lifestyle engagement framework that complements the bank’s UHNW client strategy.
  • Deliver personalized and high-touch experiences across client journeys to deepen emotional connection and lifetime value.

2. Strategic Ecosystem Development

  • Establish and manage partnerships with premium brands across sectors: private aviation, fine dining, luxury fashion, art, travel, and wellness.
  • Lead negotiation and integration of high-value offerings and privileges for the bank’s top-tier customers.

3. Cross-Functional Integration

  • Collaborate with Private Banking, Wealth, CRM, and Marketing teams to embed lifestyle elements across digital and human-led touchpoints.
  • Act as the voice of lifestyle engagement in product design, campaign development, and client servicing enhancements.

4. Team Leadership

  • Manage and guide the Lifestyle Partnerships Manager and Brand Alliance Manager.
  • Set team objectives aligned with client retention, engagement, and partner performance.

5. Measurement & Optimization

  • Define KPIs tied to client retention, partner ROI, and campaign engagement.
  • Track, report, and optimize program effectiveness to ensure business and brand impact.


Key Qualifications & Experience

Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or Luxury Management; MBA is an advantage.

Experience:

  • Minimum of 8 years in UHNW client engagement, partnership management, or brand strategy within banking, hospitality, or luxury services.
  • Proven leadership experience in managing high-impact programs and external partner ecosystems.
  • Deep understanding of UHNW client behavior, privacy expectations, and service standards in financial services.
