Senior Manager - Logistics (DEL-265) l (D1, D2, D3)

Qiddiya Investment Company is seeking a highly capable Senior Logistics Manager to support the District Logistics Lead in the planning, coordination, and execution of logistics operations within a dynamic giga project environment. The role involves managing live construction logistics with public, operational, and infrastructure interfaces. The Senior Logistics Manager will oversee day-to-day logistics implementation, stakeholder coordination, and operational readiness activities while ensuring safety, efficiency, and compliance across all logistics functions.

Responsibilities

  • Support the District Logistics Lead in developing and executing district-level logistics strategies and masterplans
  • Oversee daily logistics operations, including access management, haul routes, traffic segregation, and laydown/staging areas
  • Coordinate with contractors, authorities, and internal stakeholders to align logistics plans with project phasing and milestones
  • Monitor compliance with permitting, safety, and regulatory frameworks for public-facing construction logistics
  • Manage logistics risk assessments and implement mitigation measures in collaboration with HSSE teams
  • Supervise and mentor logistics coordinators, ensuring delivery of consistent and efficient logistics support
  • Track and report progress against logistics plans, highlighting risks, issues, and corrective measures to the District Lead
  • Assist in planning and executing operational readiness and phased handover activities
  • Promote a proactive, safety-first logistics culture across all operations

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in construction management, Civil Engineering, Logistics, or a related field
  • Minimum 12-15 years of relevant experience in construction logistics, including mixed-use, public interface, and operational environments
  • Demonstrated experience in traffic management, access planning, and haul route coordination on large-scale construction projects
  • Proven ability to coordinate logistics operations across multiple contractors and stakeholders in live environments
  • Strong knowledge of HSSE compliance, permitting, and public safety considerations in construction logistics
  • Experience on giga/megaprojects, mixed-use urban developments, or public venue logistics
  • Professional certifications such as CILT, CIPS, CM-L (Construction Management Logistics), PMP, or equivalent
  • Familiarity with logistics management systems, BIM integration, and traffic simulation tools
  • Excellent organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills
