Role Overview
Senior Manager - Marketing & Communications will lead Clix Capital’s brand, PR/Media, and internal marketing initiatives. This role is responsible for driving measurable outcomes across PR, digital marketing, internal communications, and customer experience, while ensuring operational efficiency and alignment with business goals.
Key Responsibilities
Strategic Marketing & Brand Management
-  Develop and execute integrated marketing strategies aligned with business objectives.
-  Ensure marketing spends remain within approved budgets and deliver high ROI.
-  Drive brand visibility through digital media, influencer campaigns, and hyper-local activations.
-  Expand Clix’s footprint across new geographies with tailored marketing support.
Public Relations & Media Engagement
-  Generate significant PR value through earned media and strategic storytelling.
-  Build and maintain strong relationships with media agencies and external partners.
-  Ensure timely and impactful representation of Clix leadership across industry forums.
Digital & Social Media Leadership
-  Supervise and grow Clix’s social media presence, especially LinkedIn, to achieve 3x engagement.
-  Monitor and optimize digital campaigns to deliver >1 million impressions.
-  Evaluate and implement new Marcom tools to enhance creative output and team productivity.
Internal Communications & Collaboration
-  Foster open, timely, and effective communication across departments.
-  Support other functions with marketing visibility through internal branding (emails, TV screens, etc.).
-  Promote cross-functional collaboration by encouraging team participation in strategic projects.
Customer Experience & Process Excellence
-  Ensure timely support to internal stakeholders and external agencies.
-  Drive process excellence to deliver a seamless experience for internal and external customers.
-  Oversee the launch and optimization of the corporate website to enhance online trust.

Required Skills & Competencies
-  Atleast 7+ yrs of overall Marketing experience with high exposure to digital marketing, PR, and branding
-  MBA with certificate in Design & Creative Skills with prior experience in BFSI industry will be highly preferred
-  Prior exposure to usage of AI in Marketing/ Creative Trends
-  Digital Performance Marketing Expertise with knowledge of all Marketing Tools
-  Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment with strong Collaboration/Stakeholder management
