Senior Manager Mechanical Maintenance

1. Preventive maintenance of CNC lathes and other machines / equipments as per the procedure.

2. Working of lubrication system and its servicing.

3. Working of pneumatic chucks, trouble shooting and servicing.

4. Hydraulic system trouble shooting and servicing.

5. Coolant system trouble shooting and servicing.

6. Type and grade of oils used and their usage at different places.

7. Checking of oil levels and filling of different oils respectively at different places.

8. Observations of oil leakages, abnormal noise and heat level of power pack.

9. Greasing of chuck, turret, motor bearings and several other bearings.

10. Checking of ball screw condition and servicing of ball screw and reassembly of them.

11. Trouble shooting of CNC machines like axis alignment checking, slides, turkits, jibs condition checking and reestablishment of product accuracies.

12. Servicing of chain elect. Hoists and preventive maintenance of EOT cranes.

13. Servicing of T.T.gear boxes, checking of pop-up and drive roller condition and their alignment with respect to the machine.

14. Fabrication of Transfer table with complete accessories necessary for pipe rotation, transfer and kick out.

15. Cooling tower fan, water supply pumps, valves servicing and monitoring their conditioning.

16. Servicing of water, oil heat exchangers and their condition monitoring.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹70,000.00 - ₹80,000.00 per month
