About the Role:

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Senior Manager for our ODN Department. The ideal candidate will lead a dynamic team, ensure smooth planning and deployment of new business projects, and manage complaint resolutions efficiently. This role requires a proactive leader who can introduce proper processes, reduce management pain points, and ensure timely delivery of all tasks.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead and manage the ODN team with clear task allocation and accountability.

Plan, organize, and oversee deployment of new business projects to avoid delays and panic situations.

Establish and implement standard operating procedures (SOPs) for ODN operations.

Monitor, assign, and ensure timely resolution of complaints.

Optimize resources and streamline workflows for efficient operations.

Regularly update management with progress reports and issue resolutions.

Ensure high-quality service delivery while maintaining customer satisfaction.

Train and mentor team members to enhance performance and technical skills.

Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in Telecommunications, Engineering, or related field (Master’s preferred).

Minimum 5–7 years of experience in ODN/Telecom networks with at least 3 years in a leadership role.

Strong knowledge of fiber optics, GPON/XGSPON planning, deployment, and troubleshooting.

Proven ability to lead teams and manage projects under pressure.

Excellent planning, problem-solving, and organizational skills.

Strong communication and reporting abilities.

Familiarity with task tracking and project management tools.
