Position: Country Manager – Pakistan Back Office

Reports to: CEO / Group Operations Head

Location: Pakistan (On-Site)

Role Overview:

We are seeking a highly capable Country Manager to lead and oversee our Pakistan-based back-office operations. This role will be responsible for all aspects of business management—from recruitment and HR to lease management, team leadership, and operational efficiency. The Country Manager will serve as the key link between Pakistan operations and global leadership, ensuring the back office runs smoothly, profitably, and in full alignment with company goals.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Full Operational Oversight – Manage day-to-day operations of the Pakistan back-office team, ensuring high performance and efficiency.
  • Team Leadership – Recruit, train, and manage employees across multiple departments, fostering a culture of accountability and growth.
  • Recruitment & HR – Oversee hiring, onboarding, performance reviews, and employee engagement.
  • Lease & Facility Management – Handle office leases, vendor relationships, and facility upkeep.
  • Financial & Administrative Control – Monitor budgets, expenses, and operational KPIs; ensure compliance with company policies.
  • Process Optimization – Streamline workflows, introduce best practices, and implement performance improvement plans.
  • Liaison with Global HQ – Report regularly to senior leadership, ensuring transparency and alignment on priorities.
  • Problem Solving & Crisis Management – Address operational challenges quickly and effectively.

Qualifications:

  • 7+ years in operations, administration, or senior management, preferably in a BPO or multinational back-office environment.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills.
  • Solid understanding of HR processes, finance basics, and facilities management.
  • Excellent communication and reporting abilities.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs350,000.00 - Rs500,000.00 per month
