Position: Senior Manager of Human Resources

Location: West Palm Beach, FL

Pay: $160,000/year

Experience: 6 to 8 years of progressive Human Resources experience, including leadership at the Manager or Director level. Proven experience leading and scaling HR functions in a growing organization. Experience working with global, offshore, or outsourced teams.

Education: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Organizational Development, or a related field.

Type: Full-time; Direct Hire

Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00am to 5:00pm

HH Staffing is seeking a Senior Manager of Human Resources to join a growing and dynamic team!

Job Description:

• Lead and scale the HR function to align with organizational growth and business objectives.
• Partner with senior leadership to develop and execute HR strategy.
• Oversee performance management, promotion processes, and career progression frameworks.
• Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations.
• Manage employee relations matters, investigations, and corrective actions.
• Optimize HR systems, workflows, automation, and process improvements for efficiency and scalability.
• Oversee outsourced and offshore HR operations, ensuring quality and accountability.
• Manage relationships with HR vendors, consultants, and third-party partners.

Position Requirements:

• SHRM-SCP or SPHR certification preferred.
• Strong strategic thinking with the ability to execute tactically.
• Advanced prioritization and resource-allocation skills.
• Sound judgment with a bias toward action and risk management.
• Growth mindset with adaptability in a fast-paced environment.
