Senior Manager Operations - Logistics

Manage and oversee key operational functions, including logistics, document control, and hubs management, with a focus on secure and compliant KYC processes. The Senior Manager, Operations will ensure the effective execution and alignment of these functions with organizational goals, while driving continuous improvement, cost-efficiency, and operational excellence.

• Provide strategic direction and operational leadership across Document Management, KYC Processes, Hub Operations, and Field Logistics through a team of direct-report managers
• Support user conversion and reduce fallout by ensuring accurate, timely, and compliant handling of KYC and onboarding documents
• Oversee the performance, compliance, and security of document management and field operations, ensuring regulatory adherence, service quality, and operational reliability
• Monitor and manage KPIs/OKRs across all functions, driving continuous improvement and cost efficiency
• Lead people development efforts, coaching functional managers, and supporting succession planning
• Act as the primary liaison between operations and other teams to translate business needs into execution plans
• Establish and enforce business continuity protocols and operational risk mitigation strategies
  
  

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in business, Operations Management, or a related field (master's preferred)
• Mandatory experience in operations or field logistics (preferably in fintech or financial services)
• Proven experience in managing managers or function heads and overseeing multiple parallel operational streams
• Experience in one or more of the following areas is strongly preferred:
• Document control and archiving
• KYC/identity verification operations
• Hub or multi-site operations management
• Experience in managing multi-site or distributed operational networks, including in-house and vendor-managed hubs
• Strong data-driven approach with expertise in operational OKRS and KPIs, reporting tools, and continuous improvement methods
