About the Role

We are looking for a Traffic Analyst (Sr. Manager) to join our Operations team. The role will focus on transport planning, traffic analysis, forecasting, and revenue assurance for our highway assets. This position reports to the Head of Revenue Assurance and will play a key role in analyzing traffic data, building models, and supporting business decisions for highway projects.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct traffic studies, analysis, and forecasting for highway/road assets.
• Prepare risk assessments for bidding projects, portfolio reviews, and M&A proposals.
• Use VISUM and other analytics tools to develop traffic models, diversion models, and forecasting.
• Work closely with SPVs on revenue budgets, traffic studies, and approvals.
• Provide insights and due diligence support to investors, bankers, and rating agencies.
• Maintain and improve the in-house analytics platform for revenue assurance and MIS reporting.
• Perform modal shift and vehicle-type change analysis for network assessments.

Required Qualifications & Skills

• Education: M. Tech (Transportation) or M. Planning (Transport/Infrastructure).
• Experience: 2 – 7 years in transport planning / traffic analysis (highway/road sector only).
• Strong knowledge of traffic modelling tools (VISUM mandatory).
• Proficiency in Advanced Excel, Pivot Tables, and exposure to analytics/visualization tools (Tableau/Power BI preferred).
• Experience in toll revenue analysis / traffic forecasting is an added advantage.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
