Qualifications

Educational Background / Work Experience:

Graduate and above

Minimum 5 years of experience in a customer-facing industry such as Retail, Photography, F&B, Hospitality, Telecom, Finance, or IT Services.

Prior experience in a managerial position with exposure to office management and basic technical skills will be preferred.

Job Responsibilities

Oversee and manage the photography division’s day-to-day operations at Ramoji Film City.

Lead and motivate the team to achieve business objectives and maintain service excellence.

Ensure high-quality photography services are delivered consistently to clients.

Build and maintain strong client relationships, ensuring satisfaction and repeat business.

Identify opportunities to improve operational efficiency and customer experience.

Coordinate with internal departments for seamless workflow and process alignment.

Manage scheduling, task delegation, and performance reviews for team members.

Maintain discipline, productivity, and compliance with company policies and standards.

Support management with reporting, data analysis, and business development initiatives.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month

Work Location: In person
