Develop sales information reports according to sales management needs

Manage sales support team to ensure the information provided to RSM's is standard and according to needs and capturing daily plans in the system

Understand and effectively utilize DMS-1 for monitoring & Lead OI team to provide service and support NDP about DMS1 system and IT Technical Support as well as coordinate with DMS1 vendor

Lead the automation projects across the commercial and ensure that we running a cost efficient operations & Manage the business excellence initiatives

Liaison with budget owners for setting of monthly trade spends (TTS)
- All monthly discretionary activities to be booked in CRM as per SOP timeline Before mad of the month.

Ensure monthly cleansing of all YTD activities up to date “M-1”.

Work in reporting development by using new tools in reporting & meeting (I.e) PBI and work on standardizing the reporting within MENA using new tools i.e OPTIC

Provide relevant sales data and input in the monthly meetings

Ensure 100% of Pre & Post within threshold are completed, learning log is maintained and key learnings are shared with stakeholders.

improve the accuracy and visibility on TTS forecast and actuals.
- Ensure the accurate reporting of monthly BSE.

Assist Channels mangers with setting OPL Volumes per region per month per product to set the required target vs. actual.

Control General Expenses, TTS & Head Counts Budgets on monthly basis to ensure total commitment within the budget.

Ensure all budgets are captured in MOSAIC.

All monthly discretionary activities to be booked in CRM as per SOP timeline Before mad of the month.

Insure monthly cleansing of all YTD activities up to date “M-2”.

Assist Channel managers in setting sales target for the RSM’S on monthly base.

Assist CDT and Marketing team to prepare and monitor ICP(Integrated Commercial Plan) to specify issues needs to be focused on.

Lead and coach Sales Admin/Support to perform efficiently and effectively about NDP reimbursement, NIC T&E and Sales Incentive and other related
SAP Roles:

Handle all related CRM-Sales functions to ensure TTS is maintained correctly according to our budget vs. actual on monthly and daily basis.

Co-ordinate the CRM and projects with other business unites to ensure total harmony.
