Compensation : $150,000 + Bonus

Sr. Manager Search Engine Optimization (SEO)

Inceed has partnered with a growing retail company in the search for a  Senior Manager SEO  with enterprise retail experience and a strong track record leading SEO teams. The ideal candidate has managed large-scale product catalogs (100,000+ SKUs) and is skilled in technical, content, and local SEO.

This role will drive our SEO strategy, lead a team of analysts and agencies, and leverage AI and emerging technologies to improve organic performance. It’s a great opportunity for a strategic leader who thrives in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.

Responsibilities:

• Own and execute SEO strategy to drive scalable growth in traffic, rankings, and conversions across an enterprise ecommerce site

• Lead and mentor an SEO team while managing agency partners to ensure high performance and innovation

• Leverage AI tools and emerging technologies to enhance keyword research, content optimization, and technical audits

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Product, IT, Content, Merchandising) to embed SEO best practices sitewide

• Oversee technical SEO, content development, and performance tracking to continuously optimize site health and search visibility

Required Qualifications & Experience:

• 5+ years of SEO experience in enterprise, omnichannel retail environments with complex, high-SKU ecommerce platforms

• 2+ years leading SEO teams or managing agencies, with a focus on mentorship and performance

• Proficient in SEO tools (GA4, GSC, SEMrush, Screaming Frog, SimilarWeb, Adobe Analytics) and experienced with GTM and log file analysis

• Strong technical knowledge of HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and their SEO impact

• Excellent communicator and cross-functional collaborator with a proactive, detail-oriented approach
