IN THIS ROLE YOU WILL

• Be responsible for developing PTCL’s strength in designing, delivering & supporting SI/ICT portfolio for enterprise customers and develop alliances with OEMs & delivery partners to enhance and diversify design & delivery portfolio.
• Be responsible for development & deployment of solutions to cater SI/ICT requirements multiple industry verticals.
• Work with internal stakeholders (IT, Tech, Finance, Procurement, Operations) for smooth customer design, delivery & support process to ensure customer’s trust on PTCL’s SI/ICT product portfolio with respect to design & delivery.

HOW CAN YOU EXPRESS YOUR TALENT

• Define in-sourcing and out-sourcing strategy based on the company strength.
• Coordinate with internal procurement, IT team and external partners to procure necessary hardware, software, and services for solution implementation.
• Monitor project progress, identify risks and issues, and implement mitigation strategies to ensure successful delivery.
• Enhance Customer satisfaction level (enchase PTCL score in TRIM and other surveys).
• Project management process & deliverables (Scope, cost, quality, time etc) - Timely delivery of all projects within associated cost and booking cost Accruals.
• Stay updated on industry developments, certifications, and advancements in IT, storage, and network domains, and leverage this knowledge to drive continuous improvement.

WHAT YOU NEED TO BE SUCCESSFUL

Qualification:

• Master or Bachelor Degree in Electrical/ Telecommunication/Computer Science / Information Technology or an allied field of Engineering.

Experience:

• 8+ Years of working experience in large Telco/SI environment with proven track record of working on large scale projects.
• In-depth knowledge of storage technologies, server infrastructure, network protocols, and network security principles.
