Job Purpose
Ensure efficient demand-supply alignment, optimized production scheduling, and effective inventory management to enhance service levels, reduce operational costs, and improve supply chain agility. This role has a direct impact on revenue realization, bottom-line performance, and working capital optimization to Both local and International Business. Additionally, the role is responsible for driving process improvements, mitigating supply risks, and fostering cross-functional collaboration to enable seamless, end-to-end supply chain execution.
Principal Responsibilities

Develop and implement a strategic production planning framework aligned with business objectives, capacity constraints, and market demand for both Local and ID Business

Lead the execution Monthly MRP and Long-Term Planning (LTP) in SAP, supporting investment and capacity decisions for all plants and toll manufacturers.

Establish a balanced Master Production Scheduling (MPS) process that aligns production plans with demand forecasts and market dynamics, ensuring effective synchronization of supply with business needs while maintaining flexibility and efficiency.

Oversee machine-wise production planning across all manufacturing sites, ensuring seamless execution and proactive risk mitigation for both domestic and export operations.

Implement best practices in inventory management to optimize service levels while minimizing working capital and inventory holding costs.

Lead the identification and reduction of SLOBs (Slow-Moving & Obsolete Stock) specifically for FG, PM and final level RM/SFG in collaboration with Procurement, Finance, QC and IRD teams for informed decision making

Utilize data analytics and technology (SAP) to track inventory performance and material consumption patterns.

Identify operational inefficiencies and lead initiatives for process automation, cost optimization, and productivity improvements.

Serve as a key decision-maker in supply planning, collaborating with Production, Procurement, and Demand Team

Lead weekly and monthly planning reviews, providing insights and ensuring alignment across functions.

Proactively manage supply chain risks for regular and NPD/CP SKUs, mitigating potential disruptions in material availability and production schedules.

Play a central role in S&OP and ORM meetings, ensuring data-driven decision-making and alignment with long-term business plans.

Act as the Supply Planning representative in regular ID Leadership meetings, ensuring production plans align with monthly sales targets while proactively identifying and addressing risks.

Ensure local production plans meet the 20th-of-the-month readiness target; coordinate international production and dispatch scheduling in line with container dispatch timelines and global customer requirements.

Provide leadership, coaching, and mentorship to the team, ensuring their professional growth.

Establish a performance-driven culture, setting clear goals and fostering accountability within the supply planning team.

Qualification
Experience: 8 -10 years
Education: Minimum bachelor's, MBA preferred
