Job Description

As a Talent Acquisition Senior Manager for Healthcare / Pharma Manufacturing, , you will be responsible for end to end recruitment activities across various channels which include sourcing candidates from job boards, stakeholder management, vendor management, Market Intelligence and ensuring good candidate experience while meeting targets are met in given timeline. The incumbent also supports the Talent Acquisition Lead in enabling the recruitment strategy efforts for the site and maintaining the document health for various audits.

Key Responsibilities

• End to End Recruitment for the assigned business units
• Strong hands on expertise hiring for Healthcare / Pharma Manufacuring units.
• Stakeholder Management and ensuring good recruiting experience
• Market Intelligence and Benchmarking
• Publishing Recruitment dashboards
• Sourcing from Job boards and Social Media
• Social Media Hiring, Passive Candidate Search

Desired Profile:

• MBA/ PGDM in Human Resources is preferred
• At least 6-8 years of recruitment experience in a reputed organization into Pharma / Healthcare Hiring.
• High on integrity, trustworthiness, and collaboration
• Excellent business acumen and the ability to think and act strategically in the deployment of various Talent Acquisition programs
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills: the ability to build and manage relationships and influence change.
• Comfortable to challenge the status quo with a passion to deliver results in a dynamic environment
• Should have strong analytics and capability to manage large candidate databases, presentation and interpersonal skills, negotiation & Conflict resolution skills
• Demonstrated experience of working with ATS systems to manage digital recruitment processes on system (Eg. Workday)
• The role is based on site and will require incumbent to be based in Hyderabad
