Role Overview:

The Senior Manager Talent Acquisition will lead strategic hiring initiatives across AISATS, ensuring the organization attracts, engages, and retains top talent aligned with its growth and transformation goals. This role demands a forward-thinking leader with deep expertise in talent strategy, employer branding, and stakeholder management. Should have bulk & blue collar hiring experience.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Talent Strategy & Planning:
  • Develop and execute a robust talent acquisition strategy aligned with business objectives.
  • Forecast hiring needs in collaboration with business leaders and workforce planning teams.
  • Leadership Hiring:
  • Drive end-to-end leadership hiring across corporate and operational functions.
  • Build strong pipelines for critical roles through proactive sourcing and market intelligence.
  • Employer Branding & Candidate Experience:
  • Strengthen AISATS’s employer brand through targeted campaigns and partnerships.
  • Ensure a seamless and engaging candidate experience throughout the recruitment lifecycle.
  • Stakeholder Management:
  • Partner with CXOs, TA Executives, and functional heads to understand talent needs and deliver solutions.
  • Manage external recruitment partners and vendors effectively.
  • Data-Driven Decision Making:
  • Leverage recruitment analytics to track performance, optimize processes, and report outcomes.
  • Monitor market trends and competitor practices to stay ahead in talent acquisition.
  • Team Leadership:
  • Lead and mentor a team of recruiters and coordinators.
  • Foster a culture of collaboration, agility, and continuous improvement.


Qualifications & Experience:

  • 10–12 years of experience in talent acquisition, with at least 5 years in a leadership role.
  • Bulk & Blue Collar hiring experience is mandatory.
  • Proven track record in managing large-scale hiring and executive search.
  • Experience in aviation, logistics, or service industries preferred.
  • Strong communication, stakeholder management, and analytical skills.
