The Opportunity:
This is not a starting-from-scratch role. We have an established presence, a product catalogue, and a dedicated team. We are seeking a hands-on TikTok Shop Manager to take the reins of our US and UK operations. You will be the central figure responsible for optimizing our existing strategy, scaling our sales, and managing our team to achieve ambitious growth targets. This is a chance to make a direct and measurable impact on a growing international business.
Key Responsibilities:
- End-to-End Shop Management: Take ownership of our existing US and UK TikTok Shops. Oversee product listings, pricing, promotions, and inventory to maximize conversion and revenue.
- Team Leadership & Management: Manage, mentor, and coordinate our existing content and operations team members. Delegate tasks effectively and foster a collaborative environment to execute the strategy seamlessly.
- Data-Driven Strategy & Scaling: Analyze performance data from TikTok Shop Analytics to identify opportunities, troubleshoot issues, and make informed decisions to scale our business in both markets.
- Creator & Affiliate Ecosystem Management: Lead and expand our network of US and UK-based TikTok creators and affiliates. Develop strong relationships to ensure a consistent pipeline of promotional content and drive sales through the affiliate program.
- AI-Powered Shoppable Content Creation: Leverage AI tools to efficiently create, edit, and scale a high volume of engaging and shoppable video content for our official TikTok accounts, designed to drive direct sales and maximize product visibility.
- GMV Max Campaign Management: Expertly manage, review, and analyze our GMV Max campaigns—the primary advertising tool for TikTok Shops. Continuously optimize campaign structure, bidding, and targeting to maximize Return on Ad Spend (ROAS) and drive efficient sales growth.
- Cross-Functional Coordination: Work closely with other departments (logistics, customer service, procurement) to ensure a smooth and efficient international order fulfillment process.
- Market Intelligence: Keep your finger on the pulse of TikTok trends, competitor strategies, and platform updates in the US and UK to keep our brand ahead of the curve.
Who You Are (Qualifications & Skills):
- You have 1+ years of direct, hands-on experience managing and growing TikTok Shops for the US and UK markets. This is a must.
- You have a proven track record of hitting sales targets and can show how you contributed to growth.
- You possess deep knowledge of the international TikTok Shop platform, including the Creator Marketplace, Affiliate Center, and Live Shopping.
- You have a strong understanding of Western (specifically US and UK) social media trends and consumer psychology.
- You are fluent in English with excellent communication skills, essential for managing international campaigns and reporting.
- You are a data-native person who makes decisions based on analytics, not just gut feeling.
- You are a proactive leader and a team player, ready to manage and inspire others.
- You are committed to working on-site from our North Nazimabad office.
