Rate of Pay: $184,558.00 - $258,700.00 / per year

Job Duties: Ensure optimal performance for Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) systems; implement, evaluate, and design ERP systems and applications; troubleshoot ERP-related issues and monitor ERP systems security; install new releases, system upgrades and patches. Manage subordinate professional staff. Focus on policy and strategy implementation of operational plans. Influence other outside of own job area regarding policies, process, and procedures. Determine how to use resources to meet schedules and goals. Provide input in defining operation plans and strategies. Provides input into strategic decisions that impact functional area.

Employer will accept a Bachelor's degree in Computer Applications, Computer Science, Electronic Engineering, or related field and 10 years of experience in the job offered or in a software development-related occupation.

Telecommuting / working from home may be permissible pursuant to company policy.

The ranges above reflect the potential annual base pay across the U.S. for all roles; the applicable base pay range will depend on the candidate’s primary work location, pay grade, and variable compensation plan. Individual base pay within each range depends on various factors, in addition to primary work location, such as complexity and responsibility of role, job duties/requirements, and relevant experience and skills. Base pay ranges are reviewed and typically updated each year. Offers are made within the base pay range applicable at the time of hire. New hires starting base pay generally falls in the bottom half (between the minimum and midpoint) of a pay range.

These awards are allocated based on position level and individual performance.
