Job Title: Senior Marketing Executive

Qualification: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
Experience: 3–5 years of relevant experience in on-ground marketing, digital marketing, brand management, or integrated marketing communications.
Skills:
- Strong expertise in BTL marketing, events, and on-ground activations
- Proficiency in planning and executing exhibitions and nationwide marketing activities
- Solid understanding of digital marketing, social media management, and content creation
- Ability to analyze marketing performance reports and make data-driven decisions
- Competence in market research, competitor analysis, and trend identification
- Strong stakeholder coordination skills, particularly with branch teams and cross-functional departments
- Knowledge of packaging and labeling processes, including review, compliance, and quality checks
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
- Strong project management and multitasking capabilities
- Creative mindset with strategic marketing insight
Responsibilities:
- Plan, organize, and execute BTL (Below-The-Line) activities and nationwide exhibitions in alignment with the company’s marketing strategy
- Collaborate with branch managers to implement, track, and optimize marketing campaigns and initiatives
- Conduct weekly store visits to assess market conditions, competitive activities, promotions, and customer engagement
- Support the development and execution of integrated marketing plans to strengthen brand visibility and business growth
- Identify and engage bloggers/influencers, ensuring PR content aligns with brand guidelines
- Recruit, train, and manage brand ambassadors, ensuring consistent performance and adherence to brand values
- Monitor brand ambassador activities and provide continuous coaching and feedback
- Review packaging and labeling content; coordinate with quality and design teams to finalize artwork as per legislation and brand standards
- Ensure packaging materials are accurate, error-free, and compliant before production
- Create, schedule, and publish engaging social media content while managing community interactions
- Manage and optimize digital marketing campaigns across multiple platforms, analyzing performance data for improvements
- Prepare marketing performance reports, insights, and recommendations
- Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify emerging trends, consumer insights, and growth opportunities
