Job Summary

We are looking for a creative and performance-driven Marketing Executive to promote loan products such as Home Loans, Personal Loans, Business Loans, LAP, and Mortgage Loans. The role focuses on lead generation, brand visibility, campaign execution, and channel marketing to support the sales team.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan and execute marketing campaigns for loan products (online & offline)
• Generate qualified leads through digital marketing, field activities, and channel tie-ups
• Coordinate with sales teams to ensure effective lead conversion
• Manage digital platforms (social media, WhatsApp campaigns, email marketing, listings)
• Coordinate with DSAs, builders, brokers, and corporates for joint marketing activities
• Organize roadshows, kiosks, corporate activations, and bank events
• Design and distribute marketing collaterals (brochures, banners, creatives)
• Track campaign performance and prepare MIS & lead reports
• Ensure marketing activities comply with RBI & company guidelines
• Support branding initiatives and market research activities

Eligibility & Qualifications

• Graduate in any discipline (MBA/PGDM in Marketing preferred)
• 1–5 years of experience in marketing (financial services / loan industry preferred)
• Experience in NBFC, Bank, Fintech, DSA, or Real Estate marketing is an advantage
• Freshers with strong marketing aptitude may also apply.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
