Job Title: Senior Marketing Executive
Location: Karachi, Pakistan

Union Steel Industries (USI) is among Pakistan’s established steel rebar manufacturers, looking for Senior Marketing Executive. The ideal candidates will be responsible for:

* Achieve assigned sales targets for the assigned product lines.
* Manage end-user and dealer to ensure brand loyalty with customer satisfaction and timely fulfillment of requirements.
* Implementation of sales and marketing plans focusing on customer acquisition.
* Assist in pricing, discount structures, credit terms, and collection follow-ups in coordination with finance.
* Conduct market research and explore new markets, provide input for demand forecasting and production planning.
* Support promotional campaigns, brand visibility initiatives, and customer engagement activities.

Requirements:
* Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering or a related field
* 8-12 years of sales and marketing experience in relevant industry.
* Strong understanding of markets, distribution networks, and pricing dynamics.
* Proven leadership, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
