Manage and execute marketing strategies to drive business growth and enhance brand visibility.
Drives the end-to-end development, execution, and optimization of 360° marketing strategies across brands and markets. This role ensures strategic alignment through cross-functional collaboration, manages campaign performance, oversee content creation, and maintains compliance, all while meticulously coordinating projects to meet client’s objectives.This is a full-time, on-site role based in Alexandria.
Responsibilities
- Marketing Strategy & Leadership:- Develop and execute 360° marketing strategies across brands, markets, and organizations.- Create marketing concepts, tactical plans, and advertising campaigns for proposals.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration:- Work closely with commercial, medical affairs and other departments to align marketing efforts.- Coordinate with account managers to ensure clarity on project scope, strategy, and deliverables.
- Campaign Management & Optimization:- Plan, launch, and optimize multichannel marketing campaigns.- Monitor performance, analyze data, identify trends, and make data-driven adjustments.- Track KPIs, produce daily recaps, and conduct post-launch reviews to refine strategies.
- Content Development & Compliance:- Oversee the creation of marketing materials aligned with brand direction.- Ensure compliance: Enter Elemental checkpoints for standardized outcomes.
- Marketing Operations:- Manage marketing calendars, project timelines, communication strategies, and execution schedules.-
- System Management: Open/manage tickets in Podio, activate tasks, and validate deliverables.-
- Daily Operations: Attend morning calls, activate daily tasks, and hand over pending items for weekend coverage.
- Market & Competitive Intelligence:- Analyze healthcare market dynamics, competitor activities, and HCP/patient insights.
- Process Adherence & Quality Control:- Ensure all activities comply with internal SOPs and quality standards.- Structure projects through scope definition, resource allocation, and goal setting.
- Project Delivery & Coordination:- Deliver projects on time to meet commercial team requirements.- Coordinate with team members to monitor progress, performance, and quality.
Experience
- Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy, or other equivalent medical degree.
- MBA Holder with a focus on strategic & Marketing management, financial acumen, and commercial growth.
- 8+ years of experience within the Pharmaceutical or Healthcare industry including Brand Management role or Marketing Assignment
- Proven experience in Portfolio management. Omni-channel Management Marketing management, Brand management, or a similar growth-oriented role
- Experience in developing and executing strategic marketing plans and creative campaign concepts.
- Taking a lead role in the creation and execution of 360° multi-platform marketing programs and communication campaigns.
- Ability to work effectively in virtual teams and a Matrix environment
Job Type: Contract
Pay: E£76,434.64 - E£92,050.32 per year
