Job Overview
Sprout Education (www.sprouteducation.com) is seeking an experienced and strategic Senior Marketing Manager to lead our marketing vision and execution. This role is ideal for a proven leader who thrives at the intersection of strategy and execution—someone who can craft big-picture marketing plans while rolling up their sleeves to deliver measurable results. The Senior Marketing Manager will oversee brand positioning, campaign strategy, performance marketing, and cross-channel execution to accelerate growth and solidify Sprout Education as a leader in Continuing Legal Education.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and own a comprehensive, multi-channel marketing strategy that builds brand awareness, drives customer acquisition, and increases retention.
  • Lead and scale social media campaigns across multiple platforms, ensuring consistent brand voice, strong engagement, and measurable impact.
  • Oversee product marketing initiatives—translating market insights into go-to-market strategies, messaging, and positioning.
  • Partner closely with sales leadership to align advertising and promotional campaigns that maximize revenue opportunities.
  • Drive market research and competitive analysis to uncover opportunities for growth, optimization, and differentiation.
  • Lead the creation of compelling, customer-focused content for web, email, social, and other digital channels.
  • Measure, analyze, and report on marketing performance using tools such as Google Analytics—making data-driven decisions to refine campaigns and improve ROI.
  • Manage the marketing budget, prioritizing investments that deliver the highest impact.
  • Oversee website management via WordPress, ensuring content is current, user-friendly, and optimized for SEO and conversions.
  • Mentor and provide guidance to junior marketing team members, fostering a culture of collaboration and innovation.

Skills & Qualifications

  • 6+ years of marketing experience with at least 3 years in a leadership or senior-level role.
  • Proven success in developing and executing multi-channel marketing strategies.
  • Strong expertise in social media, performance marketing, and content marketing.
  • Experience with product marketing and aligning strategies with customer needs and market trends.
  • Demonstrated ability to drive revenue through advertising and promotional initiatives.
  • Strong budgeting and financial management skills with a track record of efficient resource allocation.
  • Proficiency with analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics) to measure performance and inform decisions.
  • Hands-on experience with WordPress and SEO best practices.
  • Exceptional communication, leadership, and project management skills.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $72,833.00 - $79,731.00 per year
