Competitive Solutions Inc. is a growing consulting and SaaS software firm serving commercial and public sector clients. We are ready to elevate our marketing to the next level and are looking for a Senior Marketing Manager who wants real responsibility, real visibility, and real impact.

The Role

The Senior Marketing Manager will own and lead all aspects of marketing for the firm, with a particular focus on lead generation and pipeline growth. This is a hands-on leadership role for someone who can both think strategically and execute tactically.

You will report directly to the CEO and play a central role in shaping how we position the firm, generate demand, and convert interest into qualified opportunities. This is an in-person role in our Alpharetta, GA office.

This is not a narrow, siloed position. You will have your hands in everything.

Key Responsibilities

Lead Generation & Demand Creation

  • Develop and execute a comprehensive lead generation strategy aligned with revenue goals
  • Own SEO strategy and implementation, including keyword research, technical optimization, and content planning
  • Build and manage LinkedIn advertising campaigns
  • Develop and optimize landing pages and conversion funnels
  • Create and manage marketing automation and email campaigns

Content & Thought Leadership

  • Lead development of high-quality content including articles, white papers, case studies, and website copy, along with CEO and senior team members
  • Translate consulting expertise into compelling, market-facing messaging
  • Partner with consultants to extract insights and turn them into marketable assets
  • Maintain and evolve the company website

Events & Conferences

  • Identify and prioritize conferences and industry events
  • Manage pre-event promotion, on-site presence, and post-event follow-up campaigns

Brand & Positioning

  • Clarify and sharpen our positioning across markets and service lines
  • Ensure consistency of messaging across all channels

Analytics & Performance

  • Define KPIs and build dashboards to track marketing performance
  • Provide regular reporting and strategic recommendations to the CEO

Qualifications

  • 5+ years of progressive marketing experience, ideally in professional services, software, or enterprise B2B environments
  • Demonstrated success driving measurable lead generation and pipeline growth
  • Deep familiarity with digital demand generation, including SEO, paid LinkedIn campaigns
  • Salesforce.com CRM experience
  • Strong writing and content development skills
  • Experience managing conferences and industry events preferred
  • Comfort working in a small, entrepreneurial organization
  • Analytical mindset with fluency in marketing metrics and performance tracking
  • Self-starter who thrives with autonomy and accountability
  • Must be legally authorized to work in the US without employer sponsorship, now or in the future

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $75,000.00 - $82,000.00 per year
