About the Role Sokna is seeking a Senior Marketing Manager to lead the development and execution of our marketing strategy in a 01 environment. This role is pivotal in building our brand identity, defining market positioning, and driving early-stage growth. You will translate business objectives into a clear market presence, establish marketing foundations, and ensure consistent brand communication across all channels.
Key Responsibilities

Define and lead brand strategy, positioning, and messaging.

Develop go-to-market strategies for new products and services.

Design and implement customer acquisition strategies across multiple channels.

Plan and execute integrated marketing campaigns.

Collaborate cross-functionally with Sales, Product, and Operations.

Establish marketing infrastructure, processes, and performance tracking systems.
Requirements-
8–10 years of marketing experience, with proven success in brand building and growth.

Experience in 01 environments (launching products, brands, or business lines).

Strong background in digital marketing, funnel optimization, and analytics.

Excellent communication, strategic thinking, and execution skills.

Experience in hospitality and/or real estate is a strong advantage.

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.
