Senior Marketing Manager

About the Role Sokna is seeking a Senior Marketing Manager to lead the development and execution of our marketing strategy in a 01 environment. This role is pivotal in building our brand identity, defining market positioning, and driving early-stage growth. You will translate business objectives into a clear market presence, establish marketing foundations, and ensure consistent brand communication across all channels.

Key Responsibilities

  • Define and lead brand strategy, positioning, and messaging.
  • Develop go-to-market strategies for new products and services.
  • Design and implement customer acquisition strategies across multiple channels.
  • Plan and execute integrated marketing campaigns.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with Sales, Product, and Operations.
  • Establish marketing infrastructure, processes, and performance tracking systems.

Requirements
  • 8–10 years of marketing experience, with proven success in brand building and growth.
  • Experience in 01 environments (launching products, brands, or business lines).
  • Strong background in digital marketing, funnel optimization, and analytics.
  • Excellent communication, strategic thinking, and execution skills.
  • Experience in hospitality and/or real estate is a strong advantage.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Very good command of English (written & spoken).
