We are seeking an experienced Senior Marketing Manager to lead and scale our multi-channel digital marketing efforts across Email Marketing, PPC, Google Ads, Meta (Facebook/Instagram) Ads, TikTok Ads, Amazon Advertising, and other paid social/media platforms.
This role is ideal for a strategic, data-driven marketer with demonstrated success in performance marketing, campaign optimization, audience targeting, and revenue growth.

You will lead strategy, execution, analytics, and continuous optimization for all paid and email marketing campaigns, ensuring aligned messaging, strong ROI, and measurable business impact.

Key Responsibilities1. Paid Advertising & PPC Management

  • Develop and execute high-performing PPC strategies across Google Ads, Microsoft Ads, Amazon Ads, and other search platforms.
  • Manage campaign setup, bidding strategies, keyword research, ad copy, and audience segmentation.
  • Optimize for CPA, ROAS, CTR, conversion rate, and quality score improvements.
  • Lead A/B testing for ads, creatives, landing pages, and audience segments.

2. Social Media Advertising

  • Manage full-funnel paid campaigns on Meta (Facebook & Instagram), TikTok, LinkedIn, Pinterest, Snapchat, and emerging platforms.
  • Build and iterate on audience frameworks for retargeting, lookalikes, interest-based targeting, and behavioral segments.
  • Collaborate with creative teams to produce compelling ad content.

3. Email & Lifecycle Marketing

  • Own the full email marketing strategy including segmentation, automation, triggered flows, and campaign calendars.
  • Build and optimize lifecycle journeys (welcome, abandoned cart, win-back, nurture sequences).
  • Improve deliverability, open rates, click-through rates, and email-driven revenue.
  • Manage ESPs such as Klaviyo, Mailchimp, HubSpot, or similar.

4. Amazon Advertising & Marketplace Growth

  • Manage Amazon PPC (Sponsored Products, Sponsored Brands, DSP, etc.).
  • Optimize product listings, keyword performance, and marketplace visibility.
  • Analyze sales data to drive marketplace growth and profitability.

5. Analytics, Reporting & Optimization

  • Monitor campaign performance across all channels and provide weekly/monthly reporting.
  • Use data insights to drive continuous optimization and budget allocation.
  • Utilize GA4, Google Tag Manager, Data Studio, and platform-specific analytics.
  • Build dashboards to simplify performance analysis for leadership.

6. Strategic Leadership & Collaboration

  • Lead and mentor junior marketers, analysts, or paid media specialists.
  • Work cross-functionally with sales, product, and creative teams to align marketing efforts.
  • Forecast budgets, allocate spend, and manage vendor/agency relationships.
  • Stay on top of industry trends, algorithm updates, and new advertising tools/features.

Qualifications & SkillsRequired

  • 5–8+ years of hands-on experience in digital marketing, with strong expertise in PPC and paid social.
  • Proven success managing large performance marketing budgets.
  • Deep understanding of Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, TikTok Ads, and Amazon PPC.
  • Strong email marketing & automation experience (Klaviyo, Mailchimp, HubSpot, or similar).
  • Proficient in Google Analytics (GA4), Google Tag Manager, attribution models, and reporting tools.
  • Highly analytical with a data-driven approach to problem-solving.
  • Strong copywriting skills and ability to evaluate creative performance.
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and project management skills.

Preferred

  • Experience in e-commerce, SaaS, or marketplace-driven businesses.
  • Knowledge of SEO best practices and CRO principles.
  • Familiarity with tools such as SEMrush, Ahrefs, Zapier, Optmyzr, or similar.
  • Experience managing agencies or cross-functional teams.
