Job Title: Marketing & Community Outreach Coordinator

Location: Pediatric Foot and Ankle & Preferred Foot and Ankle
Schedule: Full-Time (local travel during business hours required)

Position Overview:

We are a growing podiatry practice seeking a driven, outgoing, and highly organized Marketing & Community Outreach Coordinator to support both our digital marketing presence and referral growth initiatives. This position plays a direct role in new patient growth and practice visibility and requires a strong balance of in-office marketing execution and consistent, in-person community outreach.

This is not a remote or desk-only position. Regular visits to referring providers, community partners, and outreach events are a core and measurable expectation of this role.

Core Responsibilities/Community Outreach & Referral Development (Primary Focus)

  • Build, strengthen, and maintain relationships with local referring providers (PCPs, urgent care centers, orthopedics, physical therapy offices, wound care, etc.)
  • Conduct routine, scheduled in-person visits to referring offices to:
  • Deliver and refresh marketing materials
  • Educate staff on providers, services, and referral processes
  • Maintain consistent visibility and professional rapport
  • Identify, pursue, and onboard new referral sources
  • Coordinate and attend community events, health fairs, networking events, and outreach initiatives
  • Maintain accurate documentation of visits, follow-ups, and referral activity

Social Media & Digital Marketing

  • Manage and schedule content across social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, etc.)
  • Create engaging posts, reels, stories, and captions aligned with practice branding and tone
  • Highlight providers, services, patient education, promotions, and community involvement
  • Monitor engagement and respond to comments and messages professionally and timely
  • Collaborate with leadership on campaigns, launches, and growth initiatives

Reporting & Analytics

  • Run and maintain monthly marketing and outreach reports, including:
  • Referring physician engagement and activity
  • Number of new patients seen monthly
  • Year-to-date and year-over-year new patient totals
  • Track outreach activity, referral patterns, and campaign performance
  • Analyze trends and provide clear insights and recommendations to leadership to support outreach, retention, and growth strategies

Performance & Compliance Expectations

  • Meet agreed-upon timelines, KPIs, and deliverables
  • Assist with additional projects or tasks as assigned by management, as practice needs evolve
  • Maintain professionalism and uphold brand integrity in all visual, written, and verbal communication
  • Provide regular reporting and check-ins with leadership on progress, metrics, challenges, and upcoming initiatives
  • Ensure marketing and outreach efforts align with practice policies, compliance standards, and leadership direction

Collaboration Expectations

  • Communicate clearly, proactively, and professionally with all departments regarding projects, timelines, and campaigns
  • Work closely with clinical, administrative, and front office teams to ensure marketing supports daily operations and patient flow
  • Incorporate provider feedback and coordinate marketing initiatives around clinic schedules
  • Maintain strong, professional relationships with referral partners, vendors, and community organizations
  • Promote a positive, respectful, and team-focused workplace culture

Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)

This role is metrics-driven. Success will be measured by, but not limited to:

  • Consistent in-person outreach visits (weekly targets established with leadership)
  • Growth in active referring providers
  • Monthly new patient totals
  • Year-over-year new patient growth
  • Social media engagement and consistency
  • Timely and accurate reporting

Qualifications

  • Marketing, communications, or related experience required
  • Healthcare or medical practice marketing experience strongly preferred
  • Comfortable with face-to-face outreach and professional relationship building
  • Strong organizational, analytical, and communication skills
  • Ability to work independently, manage priorities, and meet deadlines
  • Professional appearance and demeanor required
  • Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation required
  • Proficiency with social media platforms and basic reporting/analytics tools

Pay: $49,678.00 - $59,827.27 per year
