Senior Marketing Specialist

About the Role
We are looking for a Senior Marketing Specialist with a strong agency background and proven ability to manage multiple projects end-to-end.
This role is responsible for building and executing marketing plans, driving measurable results, and ensuring strong stakeholder alignment across internal and external partners.
The ideal candidate is analytical, highly organized, and confident presenting to stakeholders while managing cross-functional coordination.


RESPONSIBILITIES

• Develop and own comprehensive marketing plans for assigned projects.
• Lead end-to-end execution of digital and offline campaigns.
• Manage delivery timelines and coordinate with designers, content creators, agencies, and influencers.
• Align with cross-functional teams (Operations, Projects, Business Development).
• Drive target attainment.
• Track performance using analytics tools and provide structured reporting with actionable insights.
• Present results and recommendations to stakeholders.
• Optimize campaigns based on data and performance trends.
  
  
  

REQUIREMENTS

• 3 to 4+ years of marketing experience, preferably from an agency environment.
• Proven ability to manage multiple clients/projects simultaneously.
• Strong planning, prioritization, and execution skills.
• Excellent presentation and stakeholder management skills.
• Strong analytical mindset with structured reporting capabilities.
• Familiarity with social media analytics tools.
• Experience using automation and AI tools (e.g., Zapier, ChatGPT, etc.).
• Intermediate English proficiency (comfortable leading meetings and writing reports).
• Network of freelancers and influencers.
• Experience in editorial or written magazine content.
• Ability to coach or mentor junior team members.
